MK ULTRA at work in Tucson attack?
OKLAHOMA CITY -- There it was. The birthdate of the 9-year-old girl
shot in the chest and killed yesterday by a robot-like assassin in
Tucson, Arizona - September 11, 2001. Christina Taylor Green was born
on the very date that changed America for ever. She was among the
children of hope - evidence that despite the death and destruction of
a terror attack, the beauty of life still prevailed.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Green family and those who knew
and loved this innocent girl who had a love of ballet and student
council. She was at U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords' congressional town
hall at a Tucson Safeway because Christina had shown an interest in
government and a neighbor offered to take Christina along because, as
the Arizona Republic reported, "She thought she would enjoy it."
The birthdate really shook me up. Was there something more to it?
Ever since 09/11/01, Christina's birthday, people have increasingly
noted numerological patterns in days and events. As a reporter on 9/11
and the days afterward at The (Alexandria, La.) Town Talk, my editors
instructed me to research and write about the writings of Nostradamus
in hopes of making sense of the 9/11 tragedy. Many, many people have
read into the prophecies of Nostradamus. Some see things in his
writings that others don't see. Regardless, there seems to be a power
to his writings that is difficult to ignore. And in these troubled
times, people are looking for answers.
And here we are, as I write this, on the date that reads 01/09/11.
And this leads me back to the alleged assassin, Jared Lee Loughner,
22. Clearly a troubled young man, a quick visit to one of Loughner's
YouTube channels reveals a person not only obsessed with issues
pertaining to mind control but also a person who has all the
characteristics of someone under mind control. This, naturally, brings
to mind previous mind-control (MK ULTRA) assassins who are loners and
speak in confused, circuitous Jabberwocky-esque riddles and appear to
be in a daze, from Lee Harvey Oswald to Mark David Chapman. These are
just a few examples.
Check out this YouTube site - if you dare - titled "Introduction:
Jared Loughner." As one blogger noted, the eerie, text-only YouTube
site "reeks of forcible programming." As author Dominic Streatfeild
noted in his fascinating book Brainwash, he notes the comments of an
MK ULTRA subproject worker named Milton Kline. "In the 1970's Kline
commented that hypnosis could be used to create a Manchurian
Candidate." Said Kline, as noted by Streatfeild: "It cannot be done by
everyone. It cannot be done consistently. But it can be done." Adds
author Streatfeild: "Perhaps he was right? Who's to tell?"
In Britain's Daily Mail newspaper, they report that the pot-smoking
Loughner was "smart, opinionated, but maybe a little troubled." He was
also rejected by the U.S. Army for reasons unknown. The interest in
the military, and his seeming rejection would be a red flag. Perhaps
Loughner was considered useful in other ways?
And while Loughner did not list The Catcher In The Rye as one of his
favorite books, he did note the dystopian Brave New World, Ken Kesey's
insane-asylum classic One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, as well as The
Odyssey, which I found a bit eerie, personally, only because in the
days prior to the shooting, I had been playing Cream's "Tales of Brave
Ulysses" over and over, a song inspired by Homer's "Odyssey." But
that's a topic for another day.
Several books of the "things-are-not-as-they-seem" variety on
Loughner's list are Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures In Wonderland
and Through the Looking-Glass. These classics of children's
literature, as well as Frank Baum's The Wizard of Oz, another Loughner
favorite, are often cited when addressing issues of mind control and
the occult. They seem odd choices for a modern man in his early 20's.
And now we see in the latest news reports that the authorities in
Arizona are saying "We're not convinced he acted alone." For students
of conspiracy history, this should not come as a surprise. Simply
research Sirhan Sirhan, the alleged assassin of presidential candidate
Robert F. Kennedy back in June 1968. Sirhan Sirhan clearly had
handlers, like Jerry "The Walking Bible" Owen.
Coincidentally (or not), we here at Red Dirt Report have written in
recent months about well-known individuals who appear to be under the
influence of mind control. From WikiLeaks creator Julian Assange to
pop star and "Hannah Montana" avatar Miley Cyrus.
Usually such an event has a purpose. Political analyst Mark Penn was
recently quoted as saying that President Obama needed an "Oklahoma
City"-like event to help his sagging poll numbers and to reconnect
with voters. In light of the heated Tea Party events in 2009 and
recent bomb scares in Washington and elsewhere, the bunker mentality
appears to be creeping across the country in the form of heightened
security at airports, schools, malls and other public places.
At the time of this writing, Congresswoman Giffords is still under
sedation following her being shot in the head. U.S. District Judge
John Roll and five others are dead. We pray for all the victims and
their families. One can only wonder what the true motivation was
behind Saturday's shooting. I suspect there will be a hue and cry from
certain quarters seeking a clampdown and fewer opportunities for the
public to meet with their representatives. We will be watching for
updates.

BOBBY, I DIDN'T KNOW! -- On the evening of June 5, 1998, the thirtieth
anniversary of the assassination of Robert F. Kennedy, I was invited
to speak on a panel at the Unitarian Church in Santa Monica. The other
members of that panel were Larry Teeter, Attorney for Sirhan Sirhan;
Lynn Mangan, Sirhan's chief researcher; and Adele Sirhan, his brother.
At that time I disclosed in public, for the first time, what I knew
about LAPD's role in Bobby Kennedy's assassination and the ugly and
well documented CIA truth behind it. I was only seventeen the night
Bobby was shot but, as time would prove, I would wind up closer to his
killers than I could ever have dreamed.
After all I had been through in what was then fifteen years of
exposing CIA's deep role in the drug trade I had no knowledge how
closely my life was tied in with Bobby's death. It was not until Jonn
Christian, co-author of THE ASSASSINATION OF ROBERT F. KENNEDY with
former FBI Agent Bill Turner sought me out that I began to discover
what has been, for me, the most haunting of truths about my own
experience.
Jonn found me shortly after PEOPLE Magazine ran a story about me and
my years of struggle against CIA. As the L.A. County Press Spokesman
for the Perot Campaign in 1992 I had attracted a lot of attention. I
had spoken to Perot before about CIA and Jonn had been desperately
trying to reach him. By the time Jonn found me the campaign was all
but over and he, like I, soon lost faith in the floppy eared Texan.
But Jonn was, and is, not a quitter. He revealed to me that he had in
his possession, all thirteen volumes of LAPD's RFK investigation,
unredacted, and we started talking.
He began mentioning names from LAPD, which jarred me because they were
people I knew quite well. Some had been involved with CIA's protection
of drug dealers and the CIA. In 1993 I went to Montana with Jonn and a
retired LAPD Sergeant who had been at the scene that night. Together
we spent several days pouring over original records from LAPD and we
discovered how time lines had been altered, records changed and the
movement of key LAPD personnel concealed both before and after the
shooting. Jonn possessed other, irrefutable time line evidence from
major broadcast outlets which did not match the records LAPD had
inserted into the case. LAPD's own radio transmissions, all time
coded, did not match up with what was in their reports. We grasped
that Lt. Manny Pena, the Officer-in-Charge of Special Unit Senator had
not only committed a crime, but a cover-up which kept getting uglier
and uglier.
Manny Pena had left LAPD a year or so before the shooting and gone to
work for the Agency for International Development only to "change his
mind" and return just in time to handle the cover-up of Bobby's murder
by CIA, in conjunction with the LAPD. The simplest way to tell you
what I learned by examining the files is to lay out a little chart
sequence for you as I describe out the people in LAPD who touched me
and who were a part of the conspiracy to kill Bobby. The only other
thing I need to add is that my mother had been a cryptographer for the
NSA, my father had been first an Air Force officer and then a key
figure in the development of the Titan IIIC which put up all of the
CIA's Keyhole spy satellites. My father's cousin Barbara and her
husband Sam are both retired from CIA. Sam had been OSS during the
Second World War.
Captain R. K, Sillings - When I started interning for LAPD in October
of 1969 I was assigned to Venice Division. The C.O. was Bob Sillings.
On the night of June 5, 1968 Sillings had been the Rampart Division
Watch Commander who, at the last minute, changed key field assignments
so that the newly promoted Sharaga could not go out in the field. He
had moved key people and chosen to go out into the field himself. But
Sharaga, out of cigarettes, had hopped into a black and white to run
to a liquor store which happened to be at the Ambassador's back
driveway. He was there when the shooting call came out.
Sergeant Don Tudor - Don was a Venice Patrol Sergeant when I started
there. On the night of June 5, He had been assigned to METRO Division
and had assigned key METRO personnel to Central Receiving Hospital. He
was in the immediate vicinity when Bobby was shot. Don got me involved
in my first personnel complaint against another officer, which
resulted in my immediate transfer out of Venice and into Rampart
Division.
Lt. Tackaberry - A Venice Division Watch Commander had been Lt.
Tackaberry of METRO Division, on duty and in the field on the night of
June 5. He directed METRO personnel to the Ambassador as Rampart
Division officers tried to broadcast descriptions of suspects other
than Sirhan. Tackaberry authorized my first ride-alongs as a civilian
with LAPD field units.
Sgt. Dave Brath - One afternoon, as I was working at the Accident
Investigation Division out of LAPD's Parker Center the phone rang and
I was immediately assigned for a special project in Chief Ed Davis'
office under the supervision of Brath. Dave wrote me a lengthy
commendation which "drew" me to the attention of Commander Carroll
Kirby. Dave Brath had been one of the three principal authors of the
SUS report and had handled or reported about every key piece of
evidence in Sirhan's frame up.
Commander Carroll Kirby - Shortly after receiving the commendation
from Brath Commander Kirby reported reading a survey response I had
written. I was immediately transferred into the Inspection and Control
Section of the Office of the Chief of Police. Among other members of
Kirby's staff was a Senior Administrative Assistant who had worked in
SUS. On the night of June 5th, 1968 Kirby had been the Captain
Commanding LAPD's Communications Division. He had shown up at the
Ambassador Hotel, unexpectedly a few minutes after Bobby was shot and
just as a nine-minute unexplained radio blackout had prevented
officers from broadcasting descriptions of the girl in the polka dot
dress and others who had been involved in Kennedy's murder. In 1993 I
got to listen to those tapes and I saw how evidence had been
destroyed, time lines altered and a conspiracy concealed.
Sgt. Carl Thompson - It was Carl Thompson who supervised my first loan
into Wilshire Division Narcotics as a policeman. Carl had taught me
about the Narcotics Intelligence Network (which was, I latter found
out, the system CIA used to protect their own drug operations). Carl
also knew my fiancŽe Teddy who directly exposed me to CIA drug
trafficking and tried to recruit me to work for CIA while I was a
police officer. Because I was promoting so rapidly, the chances were
that I would promote right in to a spot where I could directly assist
CIA. When I found out that drugs were involved I categorically refused
and Teddy left me.
Carl Thompson had been a detective in SUS and he had joined LAPD after
leaving the highly secret Army Security Agency.
Detective III Lee Goforth - Teddy had frequently talked of Lee as she
talked about CIA operations. Lee was a powerful man in LAPD and the
Department's assigned rep to the Law Enforcement Intelligence Unit
(LEIU). Lee was also a Brigadier General in the California National
Guard. It was Lee Goforth I was assigned to work with after Teddy left
me and it was Lee Goforth who suggested, along with his partner Norman
Bonneau that I was likely having mental problems after I came back
from New Orleans and reported that I had seen CIA dealing drugs. On
the night of June 5th, 1968 Lee Goforth had been Ethel Kennedy's
bodyguard.

There were 76 witnesses in the pantry the night Bobby was killed. Not
one of them gave a statement which agreed with LAPD's final report.
Rosie Greer didn't agree because he never gave a statement to the
Grand Jury. Two LAPD detectives wrote a report which said that they
went to his house to get him and his wife reported he had left town
the night before. The detective who wrote the report was Bill Rathburn
who rose to become a Deputy Chief in LAPD and later became Chief of
Police in Dallas, Texas. Bill Rathburn also handled security for the
1996 Olympic games in Atlanta.
Tom Nogouchi's autopsy on RFK stated unequivocally that the shot,
which killed RFK, was fired from less than one to no more than three
inches directly behind his right ear. Every soul in the pantry that
night stated categorically that Sirhan never got closer than three
feet to Bobby and was always directly in front of him.
I could spend hours telling you about what I learned going through
LAPD's terrible investigation and lousy subsequent cover-up. I could
tell you tat key LAP people were moving into place before Bobby was
shot. I could take LAPD's own documents and prove them to guilty of
conspiracy to commit murder. But I want to keep this simple.
To this day Sirhan Sirhan has absolutely no recollection of the events
that night. He was hypnotized and he was a patsy, firing loud blanks
to distract the witnesses from the real assassin Thane Eugene Cesar.
Please, somebody sue me! LetÕs go to court.
Does CIA produce mind-controlled assassins? Well, aside from the reams
of material released under the FOIA from CIA's which say that they do,
stop for a minute and look at one LAPD document from SUS files. Sirhan
Sirhan was hypno-programmed using hypnosis drugs, and torture by.
Among others, the Reverend Jerry Owen and CIA mind-control specialist
William Bryan hypno-programmed Sirhan at a stable where he worked
months before the shooting. Also working there, at the same time, was
Thomas Bremer, the brother of Arthur Bremer who, in 1972, shot
Presidential Contender George Wallace. Read it for yourself and ask
yourself what you believe about the existence of democracy in this
country and what you believe about the fate of ANY Presidential
candidate not sanctioned by the powers that be before the "race" is
run.

Jared Loughner (the Arizona Shooter) and MK Ultra
If you don't know what MK Ultra is, read the 3rd paragraph. You need
to so that you understand conspiracy theorists context in referring to
Loughner, the shooter in Arizona, as potential MK Ultra. Well this is
weird, Loughner's attorney, who defended "Unabomber" Ted Kaczynski,
also may have represented Tim McVeigh. Tim McVeigh, a lot of people
don't know, was seeing the #2 mind sciences doctor in the country
ordered by the military from his years in Desert Storm. Some people,
like Alex Jones, believe McVeigh was Mk Ultra as well. It appears
Loughner was seen dazed, confused and smiling like a lunatic after the
shooting. Very similar to programming side affects, but not evidence
yet. One story online shows there is a 2nd man they are seeking for
arrest in the shooting, someone who was with Loughner right before the
shooting who was meeting with him. They have video of this man from
surveillance cameras near by.
I can say this with confidence, it appears there is enough evidence to
start the rumor mill over MK Ultra. I expect you will hear conspiracy
theorists discussing this shooting for a while, especially if some
kind of bill, law or anti-terror act is passed quickly as a result of
the trauma and tragedy.

What is MK Ultra?
Mk Ultra was a code name declassified in the 1970's Church Committee
and other lawsuits brought against the government where the public was
informed that thousands of people, patients from hospitals, mental
health patients, prisoners in the... justice system, and even public
citizens were selected for testing without their consent. Testing was
conducted int he 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s. Some claim they still go
on today and provide evidence. The testing includes torture, drugs and
exotic hypnosis experiments in an effort to explore the mind,
propaganda and other related patterns. One sub department of the
operation included a group of lunatic scientists who were looking to
create an assassins program, to see if it was possible to kidnap
someone, say an enemy in a country, conduct hypnosis and other
techniques learned in Mk Ultra, and send them back to the country with
a plan to assassinate their leaders. That plan is what scares people
most. MK Ultra was carried out by the CIA illegally and in the 1970s,
hundreds of patients sued the federal government for damages, and the
government settled and paid millions of dollars.
Now here is the really trippy, scary info. Some of these patients
where MK Ultra was used include Ted Kazinsky (the unabpmber), mark
David Chapman (the man who shot Lennon), Sirhan Sirhan (the man who
shot Bobby Kennedy) and even Lee Harvey Oswald is rumored to have
attended a base in japan before heading to Russia where MK Ultra
experiments were taking place. David Ferrie, Oswalds boss for a long
period of time, is said to have been an MK Ultra specialist and
specialized in hypnosis and believe it or not, sexual molestation to
mess with his patients heads. David Ferrie was a convicted child
predator who left the Catholic Church to train Black Operations hitmen
for the invasion of Cuba. David Ferrie taught the Louisiana Civial Air
Patrol where both Lee Harvey Oswald and Barry Seal joined as 15 year
old children. Barry Seal became the primary operative in Iran-Contra
who ran drugs for the CIA and was an active contract hitman, Oswlad
was accused of killing John F Kennedy. David Ferrie was murdered, made
to look like a suicide, the night before his testimony in a trial Jim
Garrison brought against the CIA where he accused Ferrie and others of
using Oswald as a patsy...

George HW Bush was Director of the CIA during the time many of the MK
Ultra cases were brought against the government. He was a major oil
tycoon and Skull and Bonesman who was active in CIA operations before
that and after his director position at the CIA was Vice President of
the CIA. HW Bush later became president after previously sitting as
Vice President during the Reagan Years.
Many people have pointed out George HW Bush's connections to the
Kennedy Assassination during the years Bush Sr was involved with CIA
Operations against Cuba while he owned Zapata Oil. Lee Harvey Oswald
even attended a social dinner with CIA operatives where Bush Sr was
present years before the assassination, as pointed out in many books
and research by investigators. One good book that will fill you in on
all this is "Family of Secrets."

John Hinckley, Jr. and President Reagan
In 1980, Hinckley Sr. was a Texas oilman who, the records show, strove
mightily to get fellow Texas oilman George H.W. Bush the Republican
nomination for president. The Bushes and the Hinckleys were frequent
dinner companions. An almost bewildered John Chancellor on NBC Nightly
News reported "the bizarre coincidence" that Vice President Bush's
son, Neil, and Scott Hinckley had dinner plans for March 31, 1981 --
now cancelled, of course. [But even Chancellor failed to mention the
close friendship between the the assassin's father and Vice President
Bush--let alone the rest of the corporate media.]
Here is the NBC Clip that I found in archives and shared with the
internet a while ago. This same clip, along with countless others,

Reports indicate that the Bush family strove mightily to keep this
information from the American people. And some reports list this
incredible "coincidence" -- directly linked to the assassination
attempt of President Reagan -- as one of the most spiked stories of
the last century.
In other words, the brother of the shooter and the son of the vice-
president (and their wives) had a dinner date for the day after the
shooting. But it really wasn’t such "a bizarre coincidence." Those two
families were very close; but the press never focused on that critical
fact as it should have. If Reagan had died, the oilmen’s interests
would have been served.
The weirdest part about it was that Hinkley was able to make and
receive phone calls from his hotel room but chose to walk a great
distance and wait by a public payphone where he waited for contacts
everyday, as though it was apart of a conspiracy with co-
conspirators...
A very good read on the Hinckley-Bush connections is a book that came
out about 20 years ago, entitled, "The Afternoon of March 30." It was

Neil Bush, a landman for Amoco Oil, told Denver reporters he had met
Scott Hinckley at a surprise party at the Bush home January 23, 1981
[Nine weeks before Hinckley's brother John Jr. attempted to
assassinate President Reagan--which would have elevated Bush Sr. to
the presidency], and approximately three weeks after the U.S.
Department of Energy had begun what was termed a "routine audit" of
the books of the Vanderbilt Energy Corporation, the Hinckley oil
company. In an incredible coincidence, on the morning of March 30 [the
day of the Reagan assassination attempt by John Hinckley, Jr.], three
representatives of the U.S. Department of Energy told Scott Hinckley,
John Hinckley Jr.'s older brother and Vanderbilt's vice president of
operations, that auditors had uncovered evidence of pricing violations
on crude oil sold by the company from 1977 through 1980. The auditors
announced that the federal government was considering a penalty of two
million dollars. [This, on the same day that his brother John--the
youngest son of Vice President Bush's close friend--attempted the
assassination!] Scott Hinckley reportedly requested "several hours to
come up with an explanation" of the serious overcharges. The meeting
ended a little more than an hour before John Hinckly Jr. shot
President Reagan.
2. Excerpts from an interview by Theresa Walla, United Press
International, March 9, 1985: Journalism professor Nathaniel Blumberg
was so disturbed about the investigation into the attempted
assassination of President Reagan that he turned his suspicions into a
377-page novel.
In The Afternoon of March 30 , Blumberg blends fact and fiction in
looking at the unreported "connections" between Hinckley's family and
that of Vice President George Bush, the man who came within a
heartbeat of the presidency of the United States. "What I'm really
after is the case to be officially reopened," said the Rhodes scholar
and former dean of the University of Montana journalism school. "If
they can answer all the questions satisfactorily, I'll be delighted,"
he said in an interview. "In truth, I don't think all the questions
can be answered without opening up a whole new can of worms."
Blumberg's unease is now focused on the indifference shown to what he
calls "the story behind the story." Bush, he said, has questions to
answer in connection with the attempt. So do the FBI and the judge who
presided over Hinckley's trial, according to Blumberg.
"I'm not saying there was a conspiracy to assassinate Reagan,"
Blumberg emphasized. "I'm saying there was a conspiracy to keep
significant information from the public that it has a right to know."
Blumberg asks his readers to consider his contentions that journalists
were fed a barely believable story full of inconsistencies. A long-
time media critic, he decided the example warranted more than a
critique of press performance in a crisis. Such efforts, he said,
usually "go out there and die." Instead, he chose to weave his
questions into a novel so it would reach a broader audience and allow
him to probe problems in society and corruption in government, as well
as maladies of the U.S. press.

In the 1950s to the 1970s, the CIA mind-control project was aimed at
finding a "truth serum" to use on communist spies. Test subjects were
given LSD and other drugs, often without consent, and some were
tortured. At least one man, civilian biochemist Frank Olson, who was
working for the government, died as a result of the experiments. The
project was finally exposed after investigations by the Rockefeller
Commission.
