I read the article, and what he saw sounds like the UFO's I saw once.
They were extrememely tiny lights high in the sky at night, resembling
human-built satellites in terms of luminance.
However, their tracks (apparent tsangental velocities) were not
constant. It seemed like they were practicing docking manouvers.
Human satellites (shuttle / space station) take hours to do so. These
were coming togther and then splitting up again a few minutes later.
There were 5 or 6 involved.
If they were military craft, they were doing nothing to hide from a
casual observer. In any case, they remain UFOs despite the fact that no
little grey men were seen.
