The Tokyo Electric Power Company has released new 
images that show
the devastated nuclear reactors at the stricken 
Fukushima plant,
as authorities confirm that a second reactor 
containment vessel has
been damaged, leading to yet more deadly radiation 
being released
into the atmosphere.
