I was in the absolute blackest part of West Texas (population 1 person
per 8 square miles. honestly) and it was about 2 a.m. and I looked up
into the night sky.

I saw a single point of light trailing a second point of light, waging
like a dog's tail behind it. It crossed the sky in about 15 seconds.

Was that a high altitude balloon? Perhaps with a payload that had a
beacon on it?

Anybody else report anything like this?
