MW:  Now Karla, your family has been having encounters with
extraterrestrials several times, but since you have been reporting
this, you've said the military has been harassing you.  Is that true?

KT:  Even before we reported it, Montell, it began the first time we
even contacted anyone in UFO research to help us find out what was
happening with our family.  We met two different times, late into the
evening with a UFO research group in Dallas.  Both times we left there
in the middle of the night, we were followed by unmarked white cars,
through three towns, because it was three of four towns away from
where we lived.  This was the beginning of human surveillance.  Then
we would begin to have telephone interference, only when we would be
discussing UFO subjects.

MW:  What do you mean, telephone interference?

KT:  Talking with someone else about the subject and in the middle of
the conversation, a particular topic would seem to trigger the
interference.  We would be in the middle of a conversation, and there
would be a series of loud clicks on the phone and the phone would go
dead.  Sometimes peoples voices would come on the phone and drown one
person out from hearing the other.  We would get harassing phone calls
in the middle of the night.

MW:  Harassing from who?

KT:   Never identified.
MW:  What did they say?
KT:    Nothing.
MW:  They'd just call, ring and then hang up?

KT:  Right, right!  Which we hadn't had before, I mean, I know you do
get some calls, but these were almost regular.  Then we would begin to
have helicopter activity over our house we'd live in for five years
with no helicopter activity.  Once we had begun to report these things
within the UFO community, we'd begin to have helicopters that often
were military, sometimes, totally unmarked--black with the black
glass--in the middle of the night, so low, the windows would almost
break in the house.  Sometimes, nine a day, as many as nine a day
buzzing our house.

MW:  Do you live near an airport?

KT:  No.  We had lived in the house for five years with no helicopters
over the house, now we began to have them time and time again.  I got
them on photo and video as much as I could, but we could never find
the source of these.   Then, my daughter-in-law, who was in the ROTC
program at the University, was asked to sign up for what duty she
wanted after her graduation.   She chose meteorology, because she was
a physics major, and her ROTC sergeant said, "No, you can't do that.
You've got to sign up for R&D, don't you want to work with the UFOs
and the alien project?  Don't you want to know what the Air Force
really knows that we don't tell anyone else?"  This terrified her so
much that she dropped out of the program because she knew somebody had
been listening enough to us under surveillance to know that she was
part of this ongoing activity. The final thing was when my husband was
abducted by military personnel, in November of 1988, drugged,
questioned and threatened about our involvement, with what we knew
about the aliens and what our family had been involved with them.
When he wouldn't answer he was knocked out, and doesn't know what
happened to him after that.

MW:  But he recalls being abducted?

KT:  Yes he does.  He recalls the center of the abduction experience.
There is a mind control procedure that can be used to keep you so
dazed and confused, you don't know what's going on until it sort of
lifts, then you can be questioned, after that, they knocked him
totally back out.

MW:  I have a silly question.  Did he ever report it to
anybody...somebody came to my house and grabbed me and took me out,
drugged me and never reported it?

KT:  No.  He did not report it because he had absolutely no evidence
of it except the experience.

MW:  Karla, for you this is a very serious issue.  You have been
abducted, you have been taken, but for us who have never seen an
abduction, for us who have never experienced a UFO, you have to
understand that I have to be skeptical.  It's like telling me tomorrow
that Atlantis is going to rise out of the Atlantic Ocean.

KT:  No it isn't.  Being skeptical means having an open mind, it
doesn't mean making up your mind before all the data's in.  I hope you
are skeptical.  If people want to know what's happen to me, I have a
book that talks about it, it's an inexpensive little paperback that's
worth five dollars to find out, [Into the Fringe-copyright November,
1992.  ISBN # 0-425-13510-1] we don't have time to talk about it
here.  This has happened to tens of thousands of people.  I have done
research with people for the last five years.  We have cases going
back to 1954, where a UFO landed on a farm in Indiana, and had
abductions with every member of the family.  The next day, the
military came en masse and sequestered the entire family for four
days, wouldn't let them out of the house while they drugged and

one who is saying this or that it is something I've made up in the
last few years.  This goes back at least to the 1950's.  We have cases
as recently as of October of this year (1993) where people have been
abducted by the military, drugged, threatened and interrogated.  It
does go on.

Mums the word. These experiences involving the military are unique,
involving for the most part, what might be called USA's Shadow
Government�a far reaching arm with far reaching consequences that
operates covertly almost in full light of day. It is less of an actual
institution, or used to be, until the last 60 or so years. I mention
this because, if you think about it, most governments normally have
what might be called Shadow Governments---people of influence and
political standing and power and money to influence those who make up
the obvious government.

In this case, USA's Shadow Government is quite organized, but still
mostly by factions, factions which aren't entirely aware of other
factions. But, the faction responsible for things such as 'abductions'
reported in the instance of 'military' in this post, as well as the
one that has the real gist of UFOs and ETs, operates right under the
noses of Americans. It is only involved mainly with ONE race of ETs,
or, if others, by might of that One's agreement or permission. And,
important to mention, it is worldwide. This organization is immense,
even as among it's departments, one department might be in total
secret or denial of the other, depending.

This is why I have chided serious ufo researchers that they should
follow the money trail. While much of that money comes via our
Government, it's abstraction is not by full knowledge of our
Government, or the means by which it is labeled. Those types of funds
are not what our Government recognizes as allocated funds, in terms of
their use. But, large sums is also laundered and shielded through
large corporations, some of which are well known. But, even so, the
corporate aspect of this is more or less acting in as a Shadow, as
well. I mean to say, those of this interest act covertly, and most who
make up the corporation have no idea of this funneled money or it's
purpose.

This sound convoluted, because the whole business is intentionally
convoluted, and likely will go as it has been going, no matter who
speaks out. And, in rare cases, someone will speak out who has gotten
a bit too close to the truth of these matters. Such persons are
eradicated in one way or another. They are either cleverly killed in
the guise of illness or suicide or accident, or certified as insane
and institutionalized. Mums, the word.
