Lets assume there were no aliens at all.

It is believed that every 26,000 years a celestial even occurs,where
as the Earth has a polar shift that wipes out civilizations.

A lot can happen in 26,000 years a new civilization can be formed from
aminio acids and darwinism can evolve from amoeba to highly inteligent
humans.These humans then realize they have to be wiped out because of
this celestial event every 26,000 years and they want to help the new
civilization to pick up where they left off.

Doing this they have soo far elected to have their accomplishments
written in stone as it is probably the only means of commiunication
that can survive the coming castastrophy.the hiroglyphics found in
tombs and on walls simply tells the next civilization what they have
achieved during there 26,000 years.Soo far all our civilization has
came up with was a time capsule with too advanced termonology for the
new civilization to understand.

The last civilization has shown us how they achieved aerodynamics,test
tube babys,free energy,and oogles of imformation we now think it was
from aliens intervention.How stupid are we not to be able to connect
the dots?Well we have people in secret societies that keeps this
civilization chemically altered not to advance new technology.Our
ruling elite are greedy and wish to keep thes advancments hidden from
its sheeple.

However they do have a plan to carry on after the catastrophy
happens.They think they can survive by living underground till
everything settles back down then they wont have to wait mega years
for evolution to take place and they can simply pop out of their
caves(D.U.M.B.s) and know they have another 26,000 years to advance,
but this time with a head start taking up where we left off.Seems they
think they can escape the 26,00 year doom if they can make it to
another planet.Well they have for gotten that the other planets will
also be effected by this celestial event.

The only way to  postpone the inevitable is to try and stop this
celestial event from taking place!
