just about dead after 14 days of no food,
while sipping on a bit of dirty water,
eventually feeling myself drift off into death,
I'd be in insane pain, but drifting, I open one eye, and see
a vulture flap down and pick a chunk out of my face.

Once all those drugs get out of your system, you'll be right as rain.
