Yeah, in normal life I never take panadol or aspirin.

I had my back surgery just over a year ago. When you leave the
hospital they give you a list of all the drugs that they gave
you while you were there. I had 17 different drugs when I was in.

Getting that shit out of my system took more than 2 weeks.

My older brother messed his back up years ago,
and it has been a nag ever since.

A friend recorded some phone conversations with me when I was
in the hospital and doing morphine. Quite amusing I am when I'm
high. In one conversation, my friend was laughing so hard that
his girlfriend (who was trying to sleep) could be heard yelling
at him and slamming the door.  LOL!

I had intravenous morphine,
and morphine mouth elixir.
Both didn't make me high.

But when they had me on Tramadol, Paracetamol,
and some other things maybe including morphine...
At one stage...
I could see a beautiful Christmas frame around glass
and designs and patterns and colors and holly an things under the
glass, all framed. And every 5 - 10 seconds it would change to a whole
new frame color and Christmas design.

A couple of days before that I was on
Paracetamol and Codeine.
The Codeine made me a bit sleepy witch was nice,
but it gave me weird neutral semi-spooky visions.

Above all, the distended stomach
racks your brain. It feels like your brain is being washed in a
stainless steel wash tub with a scrubbing brush.
Deep heavy thumping heartbeat, shortness of breath,
sweat, hot and cold feelings, and can never sleep.
That's all from the distended stomach.

Hey, Mr HVAC, do you still do some Military Fitness ?

I saw some photos 3 weeks back of South Korean
male and female special ops military training.

I will be doing exercise like that till the day I drop dead.
