and tons of other evidence, there are probably Human looking beings
and probably "Human DNA babies trained and raised off-world"
then placed into Top Secret Intelligence Agencies
and USAP Intelligence Agencies with
security papers and ID that look better than
the real security papers and ID.

It's pretty serious too,
because those ET species
don't give a hoot about Earth's ecology.
They have systems in place to live again and again
in their groups in this and other Galaxies forever.

Getting their wants, then dumping planet Earth,
is easier for them than a spit in a pan.
And they are so clever, they will make it
look like Humans did it all.

It seems that happened 
in the past maybe 200 million years ago
or before or after.
