Sir Gilligan Whorey has been promoting this message for a long time. I've 
read it before. It's an interesting read, but as with all things 
pertaining to aliens, one must exercise severe judgment as to what things 
have substance and which come from "strategic writers" whose job it is to 
cover any and all truth. Very, very little in the UFO area can be taken 
at face value be it from those who "believe" or those who "laugh" at 
"kooks".
