The question is that how come the feds alaways know immediately WHO DID IT, 
And WHY,....days after.

But despite a mass of undercover agents swarming the marathon, and a bomb 
drill going on at the time,....they can never STOP IT from happening.


Yet we keep getting told to trust the government and they will keep us safe.
