The question is that how come the feds alaways know immediately WHO DID IT, 
And WHY,....days after.

Believe me, I had the same reaction at first. Did you know that FEMA
hires amputees as actors to participate in disaster drills (see second
video), putting makeup on their stumps to make it look like they just
lost their limbs?
