Facilitated terrorism is nothing new to the ATF, FBI, CIA, NSA or DHS.
By simply looking the other way is what got JFK and nearly 3000 of
9-11 quite dead. I wouldn't exclude TWA flight 800 from having been a
facilitated act of terrorism, or simply another DoD oops friendly fire
situation that demanded all the damage control they could muster.
