Facilitated terrorism is nothing new to the ATF, FBI, CIA, NSA or DHS.
By simply looking the other way is what got JFK and nearly 3000 of
9-11 quite dead. I wouldn't exclude TWA flight 800 from having been a
facilitated act of terrorism, or simply another DoD oops friendly fire
situation that demanded all the damage control they could muster.
They even had NASA declare that the explosive residue inside of TWA
flight 800,was consistant with adhesives.
