First off, it is presumptuous to think that we are the only intelligent
beings
in the Universe (apart from the noTroll gene disaster).
Secondly, Life in the Universe is the rule, rather than the exception.
Thirdly, no God had anything to do with it.
12 humans have walked on the Moon, which is a blink of an eye
distant from Earth. We can only guess about life anywhere else, based
on the environment of Earth, However, life is extremely adaptable, even
here or Earth. Take the "smokers"all along the oceanic tectonic
boundaries, which are teeming with life in a environment that would
be absolutely toxic to humans, on the algae in the acidic pools of the
Yellowstone geysers. Or the people who live at the equatorial regions,
or the Eskimos at Point Barrow, who spend 4 months out of the year
in total darkness ... life is much more adaptable than we give it credit
for ... after all, even a retard like noTroll still manages to spew lame
trailer park jokes, which proves that some sorry species get stuck in
a rut due to first cousin inbreeding.
