Yes, but I doubt a little bit, because I was once playing with rights.
But on the other hands, the cli is run as root (yeah, could be stupid)
and theoretical should be able to write everywhere without the concern
of rights.

Does the use you are running S@H as have write access to the directory
where state.sah should be?
