Couldn't find any references to "setiaspy". Do you mean "KSetiSpy" ?
Meanwhile, I did find this link which gives a good summary of various
Linux s@h add-ons:

There is still the question of whether KSetiSpy can work with my
existing SetiSpy files to permit dual booting between Linux and Windoze...?
...To wrap up...
Meanwhile, loading up all the ".dll" files for Windoze95C into a Windows
hierarchy has given greatly improved results.
Looks like SetiQueue + SetiSpy + s@h CLI client all work well together
under Wine in Linux. I can seamlessly dual boot and continue the s@h
crunching unperturbed.
Checking out KSetiSpy, it looks very good for Linux although it hasn't
seen any updates since Version 0.4.2 - Mar 25, 2002. Hence it doesn't
include Roelof's latest enhancements. It is pretty much SetiQueue and
SetiSpy merged into one.
Regarding file compatibility:

KSetiSpy has the ability to read and write both SETI Spy and SETILog log
files. The SETI Spy log is a single file called setispy.log that
contains information both about the work unit and the returned signals.
The SETILog format is more detailed and comprises two files:
SETILog.csv, which contains work unit data, and SETIResult.log, which
instead stores info about the returned signals.

But note no new versions for over a year.
Now on to explore a few more Linux features!
Good luck for anyone else moving over. There's some excellent work being
done on the Linux side of things.
