I made two changes recently:
First my isp changed names from attbi.com to comcast.net.

Second I added a new computer WinXP to replace my  Win98SE machine.

On a previous isp name change Set@home made corrections fine.  This
time they could not find me using my attbi.com address.

I had about 700 work units processed.  Now I had to start over.

Has anyone else experience this loss of records at Seti@home?

Is there anyone I can talk to about reinstating my lost work units?  I
even have a certificate for 500 units processed.

I know lost 700 units is not large for many of you but I spent 2 or 3
years gathering mine.
