I had it runing on Friday and it seemed to be working fine. It does
heat up my mb ALOT though. I DID have both Seti AND Boinc running at
the same time. I have a small program called Task Manager for Win2000
and it said that with Seti not running Boinc was only using about 3%
to 4% of the total cpu so I turned Seti back on, I use the CLI. With
just Seti running the mb is at 25C but with Boinc running too it got
to 50C. This is not the cpu but another sensor on my mb. The cpu
sensor stays around 48C all the time.

You need more ventilation in your case--a fan blowing in directly at
the CPU area, another covering the rest of the motherboard, and one
blowing out, possibly pulling air over the hard drives.
