Please help me!

I have been using Setigate in conjunction with Seti@home for a few years now
under WIN 98.
Just recently (within the past 3 days) Setigate/Seti@home will not
commumicate with each other.  Seti@home issues the message "Can't connect to
server... (Error 33;0) 0%".  I have deleted all the work units it had and
downloaded fresh work units.  Seti@home still issues the same error message.
They are configured for "localhost" and port "5001".
