With so many reports and sightings, govt. reports,  photos and Grays just
running around all over the place, I believe there is intelligent life out
there, but they are not just out there, but here, as in ALREADY HERE, and
have been here for a long time doing whatever it is that they are doing.  I
also feel they use a form of communication that isn't based on anything we
could possibly understand or detect.  They seem to me to be going about
their business, and not wanting to be disturbed or detected and they don't
seem to want or to need to make friends with us either.

Could be. But don't messages/signals simply take one hell of a longtime to
travel through space? The chances of us listening at the right moment in the
right part of the sky... And considering the apparent age of the universe
and the time it appears to take for a civilisation to evolve to a point
where it develops the technology (similar enough to ours that we would
detect it) and then to take into account how long that civilisation
lasts.... seems that the odds of contact are not really in our favour. But I
still hope nonetheless. :-)
