I've read in this Newsgroup that a corrective patch for Win XP was slowing down SETI (and the whole
system I think...), but I can't find out which one it was. I'm just experiencing 20% speed off since
1 week, and the f.cking autoupdate was turned on...

Can someone give me the patch to uninstall, please ?
