Not much better across the Channel either...
I believe the Hyperthreading only applies to the xeon version of the
P4 - Very expensive server version. Not the normal home version and
almost certainly not the mobile version. But I could be wrong.
You're not wrong, you just have outdated info. HT was originally only
available for the Xeon processor, but recent 533MHz FSB P4's and all
800MHz FSB P4's now have HT on them.
