Balkenende also known as the Dutch Harry Potter representing the world)
Who knows what priorities They'll have!
In one 1980s comic book they landed in Berlin, because their government-
seat-detecto-o-matic had decided it's the only city in the world with two
government seats, and the only one with a complete functioning city wall.
Unfortunately, that argument isn't valid any more.
