Agreed!!
Having just downloaded an inordinate number of VLARs (32 in the last 60
WUs), I think a little redress is useful. However, this is a feature in
Q that may work, assuming your d/l timing puts the player close to a
concentration of HAR or VHAR WUs. It is the luck of the draw.
If you really want to move contrary to the spirit, then when the d/l is
complete all the WUs should be inspected and VLARs and LAR WUs rejected.
Then the d/l recommenced until there is none. Now that is against the
spirit.
