I have a 1GHz Athlon with 256MB RAM running Windows 2000.
My average WU time with CLI 3.08 is 6 hours 30 minutes. I have
heard that 3.08 takes longer for some reason. Will downgrading
decrease my WU time by any significant amount?
Yes, I estimated it to average roughly 15% over a day or so between 7
different machines.
ftp://alien.ssl.berkeley.edu/pub/ and scroll about halfway down for v3.03
