That all depends on your hardware. For very old PII or K6 stuff that would 
be about right. 

   I have a few other ?'s to ask
       Should I use the -verbose option?
       If I do how do I input it to the client?
       Is there any benefits to being on a team?
       How Do I join?
       And Is there any teams out there looking for more members?

Joining a team is a matter of preference, but I find it desirable to
be part of something where you can see significant results as well as
