WinXP is a NT based OS (WinNT --> NT4, Win2K, WinXP, WinXP/64, Win2003 and Win2003/64).
Therefore, it uses completely different memory models than Win9x/ME based OS's.  It also
will use the Registry not 'system.ini'.
