Ha, got it back working again :)

Turns out Linux somehow didn't boot the SMP Kernel (don't know why), so after taking one
CPU out and back in, and saving the Bios (2 cpu's detected), made it work again as usual
:o)

System is back at work, and 'Top' now reports cpu0 and cpu1 in SMP mode :)
