(MBM5) is a great utility for this although it can be a little complicated

I'd recommend SpeedFan. Sets up automatically. MBM is, however, a better 
programme. 

I fixed it! I've taken off the HSF and cleaned it and the cpu core 
thoroughly, added some heat conductor and I made sure that HSF sits 
tight on the cpu I've also lowered the RAS timing and CAS latency for a 
better performance, and some other tweaks. Everything works like a charm 
now. The temperature is down as well, Pc Alert 4 shows about 35�C when 
S@H is active.
