Since 09 Sep, the Berkeley FTP Server has something new (and different to offer) (?)

The "CPDN_2_2_23.exe", weigthing in at some 7.6MB...

Is : Win32 Climate Prediction Client, by University of Oxford...

I wonder if this is an error, and the Program got there by accident ?
Normally, the ftp://alien.ssl.berkeley.edu/pub/ Server holds only SETI Clients, which
often take several days before being Linked on the HTML Download Page if they are new.
