Why not put a shortcut to the CLI (?) in your startup folder (START -->
Start Up)
Maybe you could take a look to my Easy CLI Setup, which does that
automatically...

I installed XP on my PC last weekend.
I've setup a scheduled task for SETI, to 'Run at system start-up" however
this status of this task is "The scheduled task did not run because no
user
account password was entered".
The user name I've setup on XP does not have a password, so I left the
password field blank when setting up the scheduled task.
Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue so SETI runs automatically
when my PC starts?
Si.
