I' using SetiSpy and SETI Driver combination for

I'm not sure there is anything you can do. Each program uses it's
own calculation method. In my case I use the calibration feature
of SetiSpy which adjusts the rates according to my particular
processor (PIII Coppermine).

Maybe Mike and/or Roelof has an answer for you.
