Are you saying that SETI (ScreenSaver) responds slower than all other
programs?
Is there any difference if yiu disable anti-virus>

I`ve just downloaded seti screensaver today. The program, including
the client, seems sluggish. The speed of the data procession is not my
major concern, but for example if I start the client and click on
"help" it takes a real long time for something to happen. I installed
the program on D:\ instead on C:\. Was that wrong?
