I assume you are running 2 units at once since you have HT!?
If not then your times will slow down just a bit but you will still do
2 units in less time than you are currently 2 units one at a time.
Just up the "desired cache size" in SetiDriver to 2, it should already
say 2 in the "maximum processes" section.
