Tips :
- SETIqueue rules! ;)

Quite a list! Certainly puts my mini-network to shame.
Why so many on Win95 and Win95B?
(Win95C is nicely stable so long as you don't clobber the 64kBytes
resources hard limits.)
How do the Mandrake and Suse distributions compare (briefly)?
And have you tried the V3.03 i386-winnt-cmdline under Wine on Linux?
(I've found it works very well.)
I am VERY glad I don't have your electricity bill..!!! Mine is quite bad
enough...
Yep... Also, mine will get worse when I go for water cooling on the next
upgrade (as was thrashed out many postings ago (:-)). Should'nt get to
be as bad as FalconFly's though!
http://www.nmvs.btinternet.co.uk/index.htm
Nice page. Just needs the links enabling. Also, thumbnail pics of all
the 'girls' would be good (;-))
(Can't critcise too much being as I have not bothered putting up any web
page myself.)
Only one machine still SETIing at the moment because I think Berkeley has
something of an embarrassment of riches in the computing horsepower
department - I'll likely be back in full swing with BOINC & S@H2, splitting
my farm between CPDN and SETI...
Yep, and s@h have been remarkably quiet about what's happening. The new
WU production from the tape splitters is at least halved. Also, the same
tapes on the splitters have been listed for the last seven weeks or so.
No updates on the calander page either... I wonder what the WU
redundancy levels are running at?...
My old backup machine can stay ticking over on s@h for the time being.
Meanwhile, the UK climate prediction looks to be more worthwhile for
spare CPU cycles until s@h get their act together.
Happy crunching,
Martin
