Any chance I could date Tracy Nick..?? :)
Umm, now lets see - she was 12 back in 1984, so she'd be, umm, jeese, time
flies, 31..!!! She was one of three sisters that lived in the little close
my corner plot house sided onto - they used to dog me around when I was home
on leave - great fun the kids in that close when my first wife and I had
none of our own.
I feel very inadequate now :-)
<LOL>
Falcon Fly does that to me a little except my SETI throughput capability
probably isn't that far behind his. ;-) I have parts for three more fast
machines & another two SDR motherboards that will probably go online in the
depths of winter - and three more CPUs on the way that should do 2.4GHz
easily - all six currently crunching CPDN should be up at 2.4GHz come
Wednesday. :-)
The three new CPUs are Tbred B based 1.4GHz Durons believe it or not. :-)
Easily modded to XP's 256KB L2 cache with a single simple bridge
connection - not guaranteed to work but, hey the what, they're only 35
each. ;-)
Now wheres that spare Unix cluster.. hehehehe
;-)
Ciao...
