Define "better"?  If you simply mean which would give a higher sustained 
rate of output, then the latter, almost certainly.  It has a processor 
which is some 27% faster, and double the RAM.  Even though the Linux 
cli is a hugely more efficient platform to run on there's no way it 
can make up that much difference.
