Please scan your computers for viruses.
I have so far received more than a thousand Worm.Automat.AHB
viruses (viri?) in my inbox, They are sometimes coming in at
about eight or more per hour, and as they are more than 1/8
megabytes each, they are becoming difficult to manage, as my
inbox fills up and my legitimate email starts to bounce.

I use a program called MailWasher which pre-reads my email on the
server and automatically cleans it out before DL'ng. As you use
it, it "learns" what email you want and what you don't want via
filters and a blacklist which you can set up with a click of the
mouse. It even checks different ORDB sires for blacklisted addy's
You can try MailWasher for free at

This link does take you to the MailWasher site. It just lets them
know I sent ya :-)

PS I scan my PC once a week with Norton AV and also with the
online scanner at http://trendmicro.com. I use ZoneAlarm Pro and
Ad-Aware also to help keep out (and in) various data miners.
