Hi Si,
my favourite configuration is the commandline client because it runs
as a service.
Wether you are logged on, or not.
In my experience it is faster than the screensaver version.
get it at :
ftp://alien.ssl.berkeley.edu/pub/setiathome-3.08.i386-winnt-cmdline.exe
To check on its progress, just type in the start-RUN box :
http://127.0.0.1:5518 or download SetiSpy.
works like a charm for me.
good luck and better crunching,

I installed XP on my PC last weekend.
I've setup a scheduled task for SETI, to 'Run at system start-up" however
this status of this task is "The scheduled task did not run because no user
account password was entered".
The user name I've setup on XP does not have a password, so I left the
password field blank when setting up the scheduled task.
Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue so SETI runs automatically
when my PC starts?
Si.
