SETI Driver will automatically use both processors for WU processing. Just
make sure you don't set the Maximum Processes to less than 2. If your XEONs
have at least 1Mb of L2 cache (on-processor cache), check the "Processor
Affinity" checkbox. Otherwise, leave this option clear. For reporting
purposes, SETI Driver and SETISpy only report on one WU at a time. I chose
to have SETI Driver report on the oldest WU (by download time) currently
being processed. This means that you have a slim chance of missing a WU if
it is one of the RFI polluted WUs that finish in a few minutes. If you want
to get these as well, check the "Create SETILog.CSV" checkbox, which records
WU stats when they are returned.

Also, make sure you have permission to run SETI on a company system before
you start.

Hello,

I have a new dual CPU computer running Win2k. I would like to use
SetiDriver and SetiSpy to run more than one instance of CLI. How can
I do this so that one WU is running on one CPU while a different one
is running on a differnet CPU? If I cannot use these apps to do this,
is there another way? IT group will not allow any OS other than
Win2k, so no HT capability. Both processors are XEONs.

Thanks in advance,

E.
