I'm not having a problem with getting /processing or sending units,
but my stats in the group are not updating. I'm currently having this
problem with 2000 & XP Professional. Any suggestions. Also the account
information at the top is updating correctly.

Yeah...  I found that problem too

Found a solution ;-)

Go to your Stats page, click on the link of the group that you belong to,
copy the URL, open SetiGate, in File, Options, paste the URL in the Group
link area, then Refresh user stats.
The problem should be solved.
Sorry if I over simplified this, I am teaching someone on how to use a pc &
internet who is overseas via email & I'm in that headspace at the moment.
