client connected with SetiQueue on Main Comp

Now what I have on Laptop comp: runs Mandrake Linux 9.1

I've got: "Setiathome 3.08.i386-winnt Cmdline.exe", and "seti cmd-line
setup.exe", can I use those?
The second is an automatic setup prog for the cmd-line version with
SetiDriver and SetiSpy.

What (and how) do I do?

No - You need to go to the seti at home website (setiathome.berkeley.edu/unix.html) and pick up the Linux client.
