Are you talking about SetiSpy or some such?  You look at the list of
archived WUs and their stats, and it says something like "99.63% completed"?
That's because, as you probably realize, SetiSpy only updates once every
minute or two, so let's say the last time it updates progress is at 99.63%
done.  SetiDriver then finishes the WU and sends it in.  SetiSpy had just
recorded the data, so it doesn't do it again--it just takes that final
snapshot as the end result.  So, yes, it was fully completed, it just wasn't
written one last time to the archive.
