This is a widescale scam.
The posts involved nearly always contain an unlabled right trailing
number in the single  thousands to tens of thousands  range like the
one below with the subject header 'Christina Agulera Nude 3788'
They always have an amoral theme.
I have been curious about their origion and purpose for years.
