Rename or remove the results.sah file.
Make sure your User Info window has your Name there, if its not there,
then click settings, change/create login, Log into Existing Account,
this should fix it.
Geez....how many times will I post this: "You don't need to delete
corrupted result.sah files. Just copy the user info id= and key=
values from your user_info.sah file [it should read other than -1 and
() respectively] over the invalid entries for the same values in the
result.sah file."
