Geez....how many times will I post this:  "You don't need to delete
corrupted result.sah files.  Just copy the user info id= and key=
values from your user_info.sah file [it should read other than -1 and
() respectively] over the invalid entries for the same values in the
result.sah file."

That didn't work for me.  I tried many times.  Some times you have to do
what they say and just delete the result.sah file.
