Thanx Larry have just had a look and all my units are the right size, I can
get them to upload if I transport the finished units to another machine but
not from here, it is something here that is not right, don`t know if it is
related to the seti@home probs as it started at the same time.

Other than that this machine connects and d.loads new units just will not
upload the finished article, all networking checks out fine, can mail, post
to news groups browse net, play online games and other machine on same
network has no probs.

never mind will be formatting next week and installing new Suse 9.0 to replace
this Suse 8.1 so prob should dissappear then.
