All SETI WU's are close to the same size (349k to 359k)
I think you were asking if there are variations in SETI WU's
that cause processing time to vary.
Yes, angle range causes a big variation in processing time
... however, that is also influenced by OS. Linux is
affected much less than Windoze. There may be other coding
in the WU's that affects processing time. If you use SETIspy
(What! you're not <g>), you may notice that the number of FFTs
varies. At least, that is what I remember ... but can't
verify that at this time.
