You probably have hyperthreading enabled, so SETI can only use 50% of your
CPU. You should use the CLI in combination with a tool to run 2 instances of
the CLI on both logical CPU's.
There are a lot of tools out there, but why should I not promote my util:

The end result is WU's that take some time longer to complete, but it's 2
WU's at the same time...
